Enrollment documents (student birth certificate, parent/guardian photo ID, residency information, and immunization records) can be uploaded through the online portal or copies can be made at the Concord Education Center, 59040 Minuteman Way, Elkhart, IN 46517.

RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION 2026-2027
Current Concord families will be asked to complete a Returning Student Registration form in the Fall. Forms will be emailed to the first parent/guardian listed in PowerSchool in the beginning of September 2026.
This process should take approximately 5 minutes to complete per child.

MINI MINUTEMEN PRESCHOOL 2026-2027
Beginning with the 2025-2026 school year, Concord Community Schools will offer all-day preschool for students age 4 by August 1, 2025. Families who are eligible for free or reduced-price meals will also be eligible for tuition assistance.

(For the 2026-2027 school year, we will be accepting transfer student requests for ALL grade levels)
April 14,15,16: Evening Enrollment Hours are available from 4:00-7pm
April 22, 2026: Kindergarten Roundup at Concord Ox Bow and Concord East Side
April 23, 2026: Kindergarten Roundup at Concord South Side and Concord West Side
June 8, 2026: Transfer Student Lottery (if applicable)
August 4,6,5: Evening Enrollment Hours are available from 4:00-7:30pm
August 12, 2026: First Day of the 2026-2027 School Year

The following documents will be needed during the enrollment process:
- Parent/guardian photo ID
- Student’s birth certificate or court documents for legal guardianship
- Proof of residency: Lease/rental agreement or mortgage statement
- Student’s immunization records
- Student’s medical alerts or conditions
- Any legal documents school personnel should be aware of
If you prefer not to submit these documents online, please bring them to the Concord Education Center at 59040 Minuteman Way, Elkhart, IN 46517.

It is the policy of Concord Community Schools to exclude any student who does not meet the immunization requirements set forth by the Indiana State Department of Health and the State of Indiana, until the immunization requirements are met.
Families must ensure students receive the appropriate vaccinations and must bring the records of those vaccinations to the school. The health department or doctor’s office does not send the records to the school.
