2. Create an account using our "Service Key."

3. Schedule an appointment suited to your needs.

We offer FREE long-term disability benefits through American United Life Insurance Company (AUL) to all employees who work 30+ hours per week, even those who are not enrolled in our health insurance plan.

If you become "Totally Disabled" or have a "Total Disability" or become "Partially Disabled" or have a "Partial Disability," you may qualify for long-term disability benefits equal to 66.67% of your normal monthly wages.
