Kindergarten Roundup

Kindergarten is an exciting new adventure for you and your child and we look forward to welcoming them to school!

Families are asked to complete the enrollment process online for the 2026-2027 school year beginning March 4, 2026. Please complete this process prior to attending Kindergarten Roundup events!

Below is information about our annual Kindergarten Roundup events. These events serve as an opportunities for families to explore your child's new school, meet kindergarten teachers, and begin learning at Concord Community Schools together!

Concord Community Schools will offer Kindergarten Roundup events at each of our four elementary schools. Dates and times are listed below!

  • Concord Ox Bow Elementary:
    5:00-6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 22
  • Concord East Side Elementary:
    5:00-6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 22
  • Concord South Side Elementary:
    5:00-6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 23
  • Concord West Side Elementary:
    5:00-6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 23

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

** Students must be age 5 on or before August 1, 2026 **

Early Entrance Kindergarten screenings are available for children who do not meet the age requirement. The deadline to enroll and request a screening is May 22, 2026. Please call 574-875-5161 for more details!

Please bring the following documents to registration:

  • Parent/Guardian Photo ID
  • Student’s Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Records
  • Proof of Residency (Mortgage/lease statement)

At Kindergarten Roundup you will:

  • Meet the teachers
  • Visit the classrooms
  • Ask questions
  • Turn in documents you did not upload to the enrollment
